KVS Pattern – Vision Academy

KVS (Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan)

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is an autonomous body of India that operates under Ministry of Human Resource Development of India. Being affiliated with CBSE board, it is an educational chain of Central Government Schools. KVS Exam is conducted every year to recruit candidates for Non-teaching and Teaching Jobs.

KVS PRT (Eligibility)

Educational Qualification –

Two years Diploma in Education (D.Ed.) or B.El.Ed.
ii) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks.

iii) Pass in the CTET

iv) Competence to teach through Hindi & English medium.

Age Limit: –Not exceeding 30 years

KVS TGT (Eligibility)

Educational Qualification –

Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

OR Bachelor Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject/combination of subject and in aggregate.

The elective subjects and languages in the combination of subjects are as under:

TGT (Hindi)-Hindi as a subject in all the three years.

TGT (English)-English as a subject in all the three years.

TGT (Sanskrit)-Sanskrit as a subject in all the three years.

TGT (S.St )-Any two of the following: History, Geography, Economics and Pol. Science of which one must be either History or Geography.

TGT (Maths)-Bachelor Degree in Maths with any two of the following subjects: – Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics

TGT (Science)-Botany, Zoology and Chemistry.

b) Pass in CTET Paper-II
c) Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.

Age Limit:35 years.

KVS PGT (Eligibility)

Educational Qualification –

Two Years Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject.

Master Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects.

PGT (Hindi)-Hindi or Sanskrit with Hindi as one of the subjects at Graduate level

PGT (English)-English

PGT (History)-History

PGT (Economics)-Economics/Applied Economics/ Business Economics

PGT (Geography)-Geography

PGT (Physics)-Physics/Electronics/Applied Physics/Nuclear Physics

PGT (Chemistry)-Chemistry/ Biochemistry

PGT (Maths)-Mathematics/Applied Mathematics

(b) B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized University.

Age Limit: -Not exceeding 40 years
