It is a state-level entrance test There is various Govt./Govt. Aided/Private Polytechnic Institute in Delhi which are running engineering and non-engineering diploma courses. Candidates have to qualify the common entrance test for getting admission in the desired course/trade. Interested candidates should apply online before the last date of the application form. The students must fulfil the basic eligibility conditions for appearing in Delhi Polytechnic CET 2020. In order to ensure the eligibility, the candidates can check the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Department of Training and Technical Education, Delhi.
Test 1: Engineering/Technology based Diploma & Occupational Courses
Test-2: (i) Diploma Course in Modern Office Practice-English and (ii) Certification course of one-year duration in Hospitality Operations, Retail Services, Finance Executive in World Class Skill Centre (WCSC).
Test-3: Diploma course in Modern Office Practice-Hindi
Test-4: (i) Diploma course in Pharmacy and (ii) Certification course of one-year duration in Software Testing Assistant in World Class Skill Centre (WCSC).
Test-5: Lateral entry against 10% supernumerary seats in analogous diploma courses

The candidates have to visit for the official website for getting CET Delhi result 2020. The authority will announce the result probably in the month of June 2020. Candidates should download the result from the website and take a printout of the same for future reference. Final selection will be based on inter-se merit rank in the concerned test and fulfilment of the minimum basic eligible conditions.
The successful candidate for Delhi Polytechnic 2020 exam will be called for attending the counselling process. Candidate needs to check the website https://cetdelhi.nic.in/ for updates. The counselling process will be completed in four stages. The candidates are advised to read the following salient points regarding Delhi CET counselling process 2020:
STEP 1 | · Qualified candidate of Delhi Polytechnic CET 2020 will be required to pay counselling processing fee of Rs.700/- including bank charges and services tax.
· Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case. · Payment can be done through Debit/Credit Card/ Bank Challan or Net Banking. · Candidate must retain the payment receipt for future reference. |
STEP 2 | · After submission of fee, the candidate must go for online registration through http://cetdelhi.nic.in.
· Applications should have all the educational certificate such as 10th/12th/ITI etc. with them while filling registration detail online and fill the data correctly. Correction is not possible once data filled online. · For any wrong entry, the student will be solely responsible. · Before clicking ‘Confirm Registration Detail’ button, candidates are advised to recheck the data filled by them then submit. · On submission of the form, the candidate will get an Online Registration Receipt for future reference. |
STEP 3 | · Eligible candidates will get the option of online choice submission.
· Eligible candidate will be required to log in at http://cetdelhi.nic.in. · They further need to submit their choices of Institute and discipline. Candidate needs to fill choices carefully because at the later stage it is not possible to modify the choice. · Candidate must take print out of locked choices. |
STEP 4 | · Now candidate can check their result of counselling on specified date and time as per the schedule.
· The successful candidates can download a Provisional Allotment Letter. · Unsuccessful students can approach for next round of counselling and this time no need to pay the processing fee. |
STEP 5 | · Selected candidate should report to the allotted institute as per Allotment letter.
· After scrutiny of all documents, the candidate will get the final letter of seat allotment. · If found ineligible at any stage, his/her candidature will be cancelled. |
